At Space Design, we strive to provide our customers with the best design system experience. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. 1. Eligibility for Refunds:

1. Digital Products: Refunds are available for digital products, such as design system licenses, within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the design system has not been substantially modified or customized.

2. Refund Requests:

 – Date of purchase

 – Reason for the refund request

2.2 We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We may ask for additional information or clarification to assess the validity of the request.

3. Refund Approval and Process:

3.1 Upon receipt of a refund request, our team will review the provided information and determine if the refund is eligible according to this policy.

3.2 If the refund request is approved, we will process the refund within [number of days] of the approval date.

4.3 Violation of Licensing Agreement: If a customer is found to be in violation of the licensing agreement associated with the design system, they will not be eligible for a refund.

5.1 We are committed to providing excellent customer support and assistance. If you encounter any issues or have questions regarding the design system, please reach out to our support team.

5.2 In situations where the design system does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact our team. We will make our best efforts to address your concerns and provide a satisfactory solution.
